We strive to use the highest quality ingredients.
We use organic and fair-trade oils, butters, and herbs when they are available otherwise we source sustainably.
Does MariJon Co. offer a
pick-up option?
Yes, in order to reduce carbon footprint, we offer pick-up at our headquarters. Due to COVID19, we are offering contactless free delivery in Queens, Brooklyn, & Manhattan for a minimum order of $50.00 or more.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products returns are not currently accepted. Nonetheless we want you to be happy with your purchase, if you’re unsatisfied with your purchase contact our support team we would be happy to work with you to find a solution.
All sales are final unless an error or defect has occurred on the behalf of MariJon Co.
If you believe you received a defective item, please contact us within 2 days upon delivery. Under circumstances in which MariJon Co. finds fault or damage in the product we will replace the item. Please include photos of the issue.
MariJon Co. reserves the right to make final decisions on all orders & shipments.

Shipping Policy
Order processing time is 5-7 business days.
All orders are shipped out via USPS, Monday- Friday (business days only excluding holidays). Delivery time after an order has shipped out is approximately 3-5 business days, depending on location. Shipping confirmation will be emailed, along with tracking information.
All orders are shipped from our New York location. The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of your order as well as location.
Please note that it may take 48-72 hours for tracking information to be updated by USPS.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. MariJon Co., does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for us to reship your order.
